Sheet Extrusion

We extrude both polypropylene and polyethylene sheet materials onsite with a standard width of 1 metre and multiple thicknesses.

Extruded Plastics

HDPE and PP resin is melted and formed into a continuous profile which is gravity fed from a top mounted hopper into the barrel of the extruder.

Additives such as colorants and UV inhibitors (in either liquid or pellet form) can be used and can be mixed into the resin prior to arriving at the hopper to provide additional characteristics.

At the end of the extruder the polymer passes through a flat die, and is then extruded into the sheet thickness.
