The cell was excavated and lined with our specialist CuTex root barrier geocomposite, which was then filled with contaminated soil from different locations around the site.
Choosing CuTex for the installation created a reliable barrier against the Japanese knotweed, while allowing for moisture delivery and preventing waterlogging in the soil.
